By providing their personal data, the entity visiting the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”)—for example, when filling in the contact form (“Ask a question”) or the registration form for the trainings offered on the Website—accepts this Privacy Policy.

The Entrepreneur processes the User’s personal data:

  • For purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Entrepreneur as a data controller, i.e. to respond to questions submitted via the contact form, to provide services to clients, for marketing, analytical, and statistical purposes, and to ensure ICT security related to the www.leanidea.pl website (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

  • To perform contracts concluded with clients and to cooperate with suppliers and other entities collaborating with the Entrepreneur (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

  • To fulfill legal obligations incumbent upon the Entrepreneur (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

The Entrepreneur attaches great importance to maintaining the privacy of Users and protecting their personal data. As a data controller, the Entrepreneur ensures that all personal data provided by Users is properly secured and protected against unauthorized access.

How do we collect data?

The Entrepreneur collects information concerning natural persons conducting business or professional activities in their own name, as well as natural persons performing legal acts not directly related to such activities (collectively referred to as Users). The data collected includes name, surname, address, email, and NIP (tax identification number).

Providing personal data to the Entrepreneur is voluntary; however, refusal to provide data may result in the inability to send an inquiry via the contact form or may hinder or prevent the provision of services.

The basis for processing personal data is the need to enable the Entrepreneur to respond to information sent by email or via the contact form, and to authorize the processing of Users’ data for the Website’s legitimate purposes.

When using the Website, additional information may be collected, including: IP address, domain name, browser type, access time, and operating system type. This information is collected with the User’s consent when submitting the contact form on the zentrixmkt.com website.

Navigational data may also be collected, including information about links and references clicked by Users or other actions taken on the Website, also with the User’s consent when submitting the contact form.

Users’ personal data may be used by the Entrepreneur to send, post, or receive commercial information electronically—either from the Entrepreneur or third parties—only after the User has consented to such processing.

Users’ data is processed on a voluntary basis and stored only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or until the User objects to its processing. This period may be extended by the limitation period for potential claims, if necessary to pursue or defend against such claims.

Users’ personal data may be transferred to entities directly or indirectly related to the Entrepreneur, subcontractors (especially IT providers), postal and courier service providers, public administration bodies, state authorities, or courts.

The User has the right to:

  • Request access to their data,

  • Request data portability,

  • Correct or rectify data,

  • Request data deletion where no lawful basis for processing exists,

  • Restrict data processing if carried out incorrectly or without legal grounds,

  • Object to data processing for marketing purposes, including profiling,

  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority for data protection if they believe their data has been processed in violation of the GDPR.

Submitting a request to delete personal data will result in the deletion of such data, except in cases where legal provisions permit further processing.

How do we use the data collected?

The data provided by Users via the contact form is processed by the Entrepreneur to exercise rights arising from applicable law and to respond to Users’ inquiries.

Cookie mechanism and IP address

The Website uses small files called cookies, which are stored by the Entrepreneur’s server on the User’s computer if permitted by the web browser.
A cookie typically contains the domain name, its expiration time, and a unique, randomly generated identifier. The information collected helps adapt the content presented by the Entrepreneur to the User’s preferences and enables statistical analysis of visits to the Website.

Information contained in system logs (e.g. IP addresses) is used for technical purposes and to generate general statistics. Cookies are also used to provide services and content tailored to Users’ individual needs and interests.

The Entrepreneur uses session cookies, which are deleted after the browser session ends or the computer is turned off. These cookies do not enable access to any personal or confidential data.

The Entrepreneur uses:

  • Internal cookies for analysis, research, and audience measurement (e.g. anonymous statistics to improve the Website’s structure and content).

  • External cookies to promote the Website through social networks such as Facebook (external cookie administrator: Facebook Inc., USA, or Facebook Ireland, Ireland).

Cookies are safe for Users’ devices and cannot introduce viruses or malware. Users may limit or disable cookies in their browser settings; however, doing so may affect Website functionality.

The Website may collect IP addresses, which identify a computer connected to the Internet. IP addresses are generally dynamic (changing with each connection) and therefore not considered personal data. IP addresses may be used for diagnosing technical problems, generating statistics (e.g. regional visit data), website administration, or security purposes.

The Website may contain links to external websites. The Entrepreneur is not responsible for the privacy policies of such sites and encourages Users to review them upon leaving the Website.

Data access and security

Access to Users’ personal data collected through the Website is granted only to persons authorized by the Entrepreneur.
Users’ personal data may be transferred to other entities only based on legal grounds or explicit User consent.

Any future changes to this Privacy Policy will be published on zentrixmkt.com and will apply prospectively, taking effect upon acceptance of the updated version.
